This website provides data visualizations from our study on pharmaceutical tablet disintegration and dissolution using time-resolved μCT.
Data Overview
- Time-resolved μCT data of disintegrating mini-tablets (2 mm diameter)
- Immediate-release formulations based on well-soluble model API
- Each formulation component (API, filler material, disintegrant) is fully separated in visualization and analysis
- Synchrotron-radiation based μCT acquisition enables high spatial and temporal resolution
